About Megan Martin

I became a licensed Realtor in 2013. As a young child my mom chose to make a career for herself in Real Estate, so I in turn grew up in the industry. Whether it was having to stop to look at open houses on the way to the park, or my sister and I going door to door with our mom in our radio flyer, we were apart of her business.

I had a unique 'in' already in the business being that my mom is a top producing agent, a broker, and has been in the industry for over 30 years. I had my very own guide to teach me everything that I would ever need to know. After only a couple of months of working in the office, my mom let her TC go. She mentioned that she would now need to hire another one and I immediately jumped at the opportunity. I knew that this was the best way for me to learn and understand all of the transaction documents.

10 years later, and thousands of successful TC transactions closed, I am happy to say that taking on the TC position was a blessing. Throughout my career I have sold homes and successfully managed many TC jobs, and the bonus is, I truly love what I do. Nothing feels better than knowing all parties had a great, smooth transaction, and that I assisted in that.
